A generic ERP knows how a factory should work. Yours works the way it does for good reasons.

SME manufacturers sit in an awkward spot. Too complex for spreadsheets, too specialised for an off-the-shelf package, too lean for a six-figure ERP project. So the business runs on a patchwork, and the people who understand it are the bottleneck.

We build manufacturing software around your products, routings and customers: sales orders flowing straight into a production plan, material requirements checked against stock, shop-floor progress captured as it happens, and live numbers for the people who run the business. It connects to your ERP and accounts rather than replacing them.

Questions, answered

What is bespoke manufacturing software?

It is software built for one manufacturer's products, processes and customers, covering areas such as order processing, production planning, stock, shop-floor data and reporting. It can replace spreadsheets entirely or extend an existing ERP where the ERP falls short.

Should we buy an ERP or build bespoke?

If your processes are standard, a well-chosen ERP may be right. If they are distinctive, or an ERP would force costly workarounds, bespoke software or a bespoke layer around a simpler ERP is often better value. We will give you an honest view, even if it means recommending a package.

Can bespoke software work alongside our current ERP?

Yes, and that is often the best route. We integrate with your ERP and accounts so each system does what it is good at, and the gaps currently filled by spreadsheets are closed.

How do we get accurate real-time production data?

By capturing it where the work happens: simple tablet screens for operators to book jobs, quantities, downtime and scrap. That data feeds the plan and the dashboards automatically.

Is there funding for manufacturing digital projects?

Grant schemes for digital and productivity improvements come and go across the West Midlands, Marches and North West. We are happy to help you scope a project so it can be considered for any scheme you are eligible for.

What's slowing you down?

A free, no-obligation conversation with Evgeny, the person who would build it. Over coffee in Shrewsbury, on your shop floor or on a call. You will leave with at least one idea you can use, whether or not we work together.
